ORDER

Do I need an account with Keri et Sol to order?
Account registration with Keri et Sol is not required for purchase. However, please ensure that information entered in the order summary/order form and payment section is accurate prior to submission. Please refer to the Order & Payment section for ordering procedures.

How do I know if you’ve received my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have processed your order. We will also send you another email once your orders have been shipped.

Do you restock items that are sold out?
As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we tend not to restock most of our items. However, if there is an item that you like, you can join the waiting list through the contact form and we may restock some of the popular items that are in demand. Please note that this does not automatically guarantee a restock of the item(s) requested.

What is a backorder?
In cases where a popular item has sold out, we may place a backorder for a limited time period for these items and the estimated arrival date for these items will be stated in the product description. Interested customers can make advance payment for these items and they will be notified when the item arrives. Please note that backorder items usually take a longer time to deliver as the items have to be restocked.

How do I track the status of a backorder?

How do I know my payment is secure?
Ordering from KerietSol.com is safe and secure. We utilized Paypal for payments which automatically uses Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) to encrypt potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passes between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

What are KerietSol.com online store credits?
These store credits are issued by KerietSol.com online store and can be used to offset purchase made online through KerietSol.com. They are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

How do I use promo codes or store credits?
Your promo codes or store credits have to be entered in the respective box at the order summary/order form page. Once you have entered the code, click on “Update”. Promo codes and store credits can only be used prior to checkout or submission of orders through forms.

Is there any additional information required for internet bank transfers?
We would require the following information for payment verification: internet banking name, transaction reference, date and time. Please follow the instructions in the order form for more details. Orders will be processed once payment has been verified.

SHIPPING

How do I track my parcel?
For customers who have opted for registered postage, your registered article number will be sent to you once we have shipped the item out. You may then refer to SingPost website to track your parcel status.
For customers who opted for normal mail, please be informed that order tracking is not available.

When can I expect my parcel?
All orders will be processed within 3 working days upon payment verification. Kindly allow up to 5 working days for delivery of local orders and 15 working days for delivery of international orders.

What happens when I purchase a backorder item together with instock item(s)?
Your instock item(s) will be shipped together with your backorder item(s) which will arrive approximately 3-4 weeks after the backorder closes. If you wish to receive your instock item(s) first, please separate your backorder purchase from your instock item(s) purchase.
