How do I place an order at Keri et Sol (KerietSol.com)? It’s simple. Simply browse the product categories and select the item(s) you want. Check the Sizing Guide to ensure that correct fit and colour, then add the item(s) to bag. To continue browsing, go back to product categories. Once shopping is completed, check the order summary page to ensure details are correct and select your country. If registered postage is required, please also remember to add item to bag. When satisfied, click “Update”, head for checkout and follow the instructions for delivery and payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once you have placed it with us. Hence please ensure that all details (including delivery method) at the order summary page/order form are correct before submitting them.

We accept payment via Paypal and all major credit/debit cards (Mastercard/VISA/American Express). This is our preferred method of payment. However, if it is not possible, Keri et Sol also accepts payment via internet bank transfers for local orders. Simply submit your orders as above, ensuring the correct country and delivery mode have been selected.
