SHIPPING POLICY

Which countries do you deliver to?
Keri et Sol provides worldwide shipping via Singpost.

What are your delivery methods?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer two modes of delivery for Singapore orders.
  1. Normal Mail
    The cost of normal mail delivery depends on the weight/size and number of items ordered. Unless otherwise stated, SGD$1.50 will be charged for the first item and SGD$0.50 for every subsequent item in the same order. Please note that order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries and parcels may take up to 5 full working days (from date of shipment) to arrive at your mailbox.
    While we will be glad to assist with parcels that do not arrive after 5 full working days, Keri et Sol will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcels should you opt for normal postage.  Registered postage is highly advised.
  2. Registered Mail
    Registered mail is available at additional SGD$2.50 on top of normal mail delivery cost. Please add the item “Registered Mail” to your bag prior to checkout. Parcels sent under this mode may take up to 5 working days (from date of shipment) to arrive at your doorstep. In an event where there is nobody to receive the parcel, a notification slip with instructions for collection will be left at your doorstep.
    For customers who have opted for registered postage, your registered article number will be sent to you once we have shipped the item out. You may then refer to SingPost website to track your parcel status.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All parcels will be shipped via registered international airmail and will come with tracking number.
  1. Malaysia and Brunei - SGD$7.55
    Parcels take 7-9 working days to arrive.
  2. Countries in Asia and the Pacific, except Australia, Japan and New Zealand - SGD$15.35
    Parcels take 8 – 13 working days to arrive.
  3. Rest of the world - SGD$20.60
    Parcels take 13 – 15 working days to arrive

When will my orders be shipped out?
Orders are packed and shipped from Mondays – Fridays only (excluding public holidays). Most orders will be shipped within 3 working days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that order processing for orders with inaccurate or incomplete payment information may take longer.


RETURNS POLICY

Please note that the returns/exchange policy only applies to purchases made through KerietSol.com and is not applicable for sale items (including purchases made with discount/voucher code) and pierced jewelry.

What is your returns policy?
At Keri et Sol, we strive to make every customer satisfied and happy with their purchase. We pride ourselves in sending out items that have passed our quality checks. However, we do provide returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
  • defected items - This will be subject to verification and handled on a case-to-case basis.
  • incorrect item/quantity shipped
What are the procedures for returns?
Kindly submit your request within 7 days from date of shipment using the Contact form. Include your order number and item(s) details. We will review your request and advise accordingly.
Please take note of the following:
  • All items will be inspected on return. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, unwashed/unworn/brand new with tag intact. Should the returned item(s) be deemed not to fulfill any of the above criteria, KerietSol.com reserves all rights to return the item(s) at the sender's cost.
  • Exchanges, in event of defects, are only allowed for one-to-one exchange of the same item in the same colour. Kindly note that all exchanges are final.
  • In an event that a return item is no longer available for exchange, KerietSol.com online store credits will be issued. This is the only form of refund available for any returns.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reached our office. Hence do ensure item(s) is(are) securely packaged and properly sealed with return address provided on the parcel. Keri et Sol encourages use of a delivery service with tracking capability as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
